VOICES 2026 reveals full lineup — WeiBird, Pei-Yu Hung, Cosmos People, and more top songwriters

After revealing Golden Melody-level lineups including Leah Dou, Crowd Lu, and Aimee Chou, "VOICES 2026" drops its final lineup wave today (9/7): triple-Golden songwriter WeiBird, Golden Melody rookie Pei-Yu Hung, Golden Melody Best Band Cosmos People, math-rock Golden Melody band Elephant Gym, Gen-Z international-festival regular Andr, Golden Melody rookie Chih Siou, J-pop-flavored Hong Kong band Goodnight Lily, and Beijing's hazy-atmosphere band Mimik Banka. Also joining: 10 rising acts hand-picked by curators Chen Chien-chi, Han Li-kang, and Oliver from over 200 submissions.

WeiBird previews a mass sing-along, Cosmos People call themselves "the local deities of Dajia Riverside Park"

Triple-Golden vocalist WeiBird, fresh off a sold-out Arena show, excitedly shared his plans for VOICES: "Outdoor shows need to feel more direct and more emotionally unguarded than indoor ones, so I've put a lot of thought into reworking the pacing and arrangement this time — I'll bring songs I haven't sung in a long time, ones that rarely make the setlist. For the Gen-Z kids who've never heard me sing and don't know who WeiBird is — give this old guy a chance!" Also a past Golden Melody Best New Artist winner, Pei-Yu Hung will dazzle the crowd with her moving voice.

Golden Melody Best Band winners Cosmos People, over 20 years into their career, have watched Taipei's music scene evolve and know Dajia Riverside Park like the back of their hand, joking: "We're basically the local deities here — playing a show here is like walking into our own kitchen." They're inviting everyone to come dance it all out for some serious stress relief.

Even "monster rookie" Andr gets shaky-hand nerves — curators Chen, Han, and Oliver hand-pick 10 rising Asian acts

Hailed as a Gen-Z "monster rookie," Andr makes cinematic music that's traveled from bedroom recordings all the way to the US's SXSW, Hong Kong's Clockenflap, Japan's Summer Sonic, and Europe's biggest festival, Reeperbahn. Despite extensive overseas experience, Andr admits candidly: "Every time I say I don't get nervous easily, some random show will hit me with shaky hands out of nowhere — but these days it's mostly excitement and anticipation." Add in the distinctive style of Chih Siou, Elephant Gym's virtuosic playing, and the raw live energy of Mimik Banka and Goodnight Lily, and it's bound to reset what fans expect from Mandopop.

Beyond the headliners, curators Chen Chien-chi, Han Li-kang, and Oliver spent days hand-picking 10 rising acts from across Asia: LAWA, Zou Xu, Soul Sorry, Yanzhi & Haoquan, Hu Chia-cheng, Locust Alert, Galaxy 1966, OHMYMEITING, SONG NING, and WHIZZ — a showcase of just how diverse and vibrant Mandopop's creative energy has become.

All 40 acts across VOICES 2026's four stages are now confirmed! Presale two-day and single-day tickets are selling fast on KKTIX.
