【專輯介紹】

隨興自由唱Chill的桑布伊相隔四年後，桑布伊再次以全新專輯《靠近mudalrep》現身樂壇，這一次他以更隨性自在的氛圍演繹Chill風格。與前三張專輯不同，桑布伊不再以世界音樂的框架或文化與環境的嚴肅命題為主題，而是以更加貼近現代的聲線和曲風，聚焦於身邊的人與事物。這張專輯彷彿是一場情感的探索，透過直率或隱晦的方式，唱出他對親人的深厚情感、對愛情的期許、對青年一代的激勵，亦或是與好友相聚時的歡愉時刻。

《靠近mudalrep》專輯共收錄十首創作歌曲，主題不再僅限於環境與傳統的關懷，而是聚焦於每個人都能產生共鳴的日常情景。例如，歌曲〈父親〉饒富情感地表達了他對逝去父親的思念；〈螢火蟲〉看似描繪夜色中閃爍的螢火蟲，實際上是隱喻愛情初綻時的曖昧迷離；〈愛離開〉則以低沉的呢喃不斷自問，究竟是什麼原因讓愛情悄然離去；〈飛翔〉則鼓舞青年勇敢逐夢，展翅翱翔；而同名曲〈靠近〉唱出了對戀人那種無法抗拒的親密與依戀。

專輯的美術設計依舊由曾操刀前三張專輯的設計師陳世川擔綱，這位近年來以設計電影海報與主視覺而聲名鵲起的設計大師，再次展現了他卓越的創意與視覺語言。在《靠近》專輯的設計中，陳世川運用了自然元素的意象與抽象化的概念，營造出一種若即若離的視覺美感，亦給予聽眾更多自我詮釋與想像的空間。
