Raiway Suicide Train: Yesterday Once More

Chinese band Railway Suicide Train returned to Taiwan after several years away, launching their Yesterday Once More Taiwan tour in September 2024 across Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung — only the band's second official tour of the island. This time around, the band reworked their live show with a full five-piece lineup, re-arranging older songs with fuller instrumentation and giving a familiar setlist a different texture.

In Utero handled PR and marketing, tour planning and event production for the run — booking venues city by city, pulling together promotional materials, and running the shows on the ground, stitching together a route that ran from the north to the south of the island. For many Taiwanese fans, it was a long-overdue reunion: a band whose name translates to something bleak, but whose sound never was, bringing its reworked five-piece arrangements to Taiwan's live houses for a round of "yesterday, once more."

Most of what this tour left behind lives in the room itself — there isn't much of an official written record, just a handful of promo photos and, scattered across a few cities, whatever each audience carried home from the night.
